  • Currently items ordered and paid for ship in 3-5 business days subject to stock availability, plus transit times which may vary depending on region. 

 

  • INTERNATIONAL: If customs charges occur they are the sole responsibility of the buyer. No Fuss™ cannot be held responsible for any customs charges. Please note that international orders can take up to 8 weeks to arrive after they are shipped. All orders must pass through customs and the time frame that this takes is out of our control.

 

  • No Fuss™ is proud to be a natural brand - in doing so please note that the colour of our products may vary due to the natural variation of the raw ingredients.

 

 

Returns

 

 

  • Due to the nature of our products, unfortunately we cannot accept returns unless goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly. 

    If you are unhappy with your purchase or have ordered the wrong product, and wish to return it, please do so unopened, via tracked shipping to the applicable address below. No Fuss will gladly refund your order if there has been a mix up, Once your return is recieved, we will send you an email to notify you and a refund will be processed. Return mail costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    Unfortunately we do not refund or exchange open or used products.

 

  • In certain circumstances we may be able to offer a shop credit or a replacement item.
